Meet the Doctors

  • Rosana Bishai, DDS

    Dr. Rosana Bishai grew up in Redmond, WA and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Knowing from an early age she wanted to pursue a career dentistry, Dr. Bishai attended the UW School of Dentistry. Having a special interest in medicine and treating medically compromised patients, she then gained extra training through a one year hospital-based General Practice Residency at the UW. Dr. Bishai has participated in many local and international dental outreach programs, including a trip to Bolivia treating children in the Amanecer orphanage system.

    Dr. Bishai, her husband and her two young sons live in the Newcastle area.

  • Geoffrey Strange, DDS

    Dr. Strange was raised in Washington State and graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He has been practicing family dentistry in the Northwest for over 25 years. He prides himself on listening to his patients’ concerns and keeping abreast of the latest dental techniques to serve their needs. He was one of the first dentists on the Eastside to be involved with micro-abrasion dentistry, the technology that makes it possible to place fillings without anesthetic shots.

    Additionally, he has was one of the first to incorporate Cerec technology and digital radiographs into his practice. Dr. Strange and his wife live in the Newcastle area and have two grown sons.

  • Michael Lee, DDS

    Dr. Michael Lee is a Washington State native and grew up in Kent, WA. He attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate studies and graduated with a doctorate from the UW School of Dentistry. His interest in treating children led him to pursue a pediatric residency, which he also completed through the University of Washington. This residency program provided training in all aspects of pediatric care including childhood development, preventive care, behavior management, conscious sedation, dental trauma and care of children with special health care needs.

    Dr. Lee has received several awards including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre- Doctoral Award and the Award in Excelling in the Treatment of Persons with Disabilities.

  • Olivia Schwarz, DDS

    Dr. Olivia Schwarz is originally from Boise, Idaho. For her undergraduate education, she moved to eastern Washington where she attended Whitman College and received her degree in Biology. She later pursued her dream of becoming a dentist in the Midwest where she graduated from University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Due to her interest in caring for complex patients in a hospital setting, she decided to further her training at University of Mississippi Medical Center where she completed a dental residency. She has also participated in outreach projects for underserved communities both domestically and abroad, including in the countries of Jamaica and Peru. She has since returned to the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and is dedicated to serving patients’ oral healthcare needs.

    Dr. Schwarz lives in Seattle. She enjoys exploring the outdoors as well as the food scene of the city with family, friends, and her dog, Bruno.
