CEREC Technology allows us to complete the crown process in one appointment, eliminating the need for a second appointment or a temporary crown.

There are 3 pieces of equipment necessary to do this: our CEREC Primescan scanning machine, Milling Unit and CEREC SpeedFire Oven.

Once your case is planned, one appointment leaves you with a restored tooth. At your appointment, the teeth are gently prepared to allow space for crafting porcelain over the tooth, the tooth is scanned and your crown is designed on the CEREC computer. While waiting in the comfort of our office, your crown is milled and the porcelain is fired in an oven.

We are then able to cement your crown and you leave the appointment with your permanent crown.
